Fusional and fair bistronomy
Since its creation in May 2014, the restaurant Les Ephérites has established itself as one of the Lille reference tables, acknowledged well beyond thanks to the enthusiastic echoes shared on social networks. The chef, Alexandre Suergiu (34), and his pastry chef, Annabelle Lévêque (35), and Les Ephérites (26 people), have since taken up their duties in July 2017, continuing in this just and creative way of an inspired and lively bistronomy which renews the classics of French cuisine energized by contemporary influences, other cultures and flavors.
It is a regularly renewed menu, elaborated with local products, sourced from suppliers selected with demand and even sometimes coming from the home kitchen garden. Alexandre and Annabelle propose an amazing and affordable lunchtime meal (22 € starter, main course, coffee with home delicacies) and a short but continually revisited menu (4 entrees from 9 to 12 €, 4 courses from 17 to 25 € and 4 desserts from 7 to 9 €). A culinary journey, surprising, tasty and creative, that expands and enriches in the evening with its menu Discovery (formula in 8 time at 49 €, Thursday to Saturday). Finally, the duo is enriched in the room of a passionate of organic wines, kraft beers and spirits rare or even homemade, Simon Lenoir Olivaux (26 years) whose service inspired and just seduced the guests to the point of making quickly accustomed.
